Hello, I'm Deb, and I'm 66 years old. And here I am about to try the ANYterrain Recumbent EBike, and I'm gonna say I'm a little nervous, but it looks fantastic. Look, it's a quad bike it's got four wheels, and I'm gonna feel really great in this. So, why don't you come with me and we'll try. Okay, here we go.
So this feels very comfortable. I've just had a hip replacement, so I'm anxious to see how it feels on my new hip. Okay. I'm gonna start a little slowly until I get used to the bike. Okay, so this is feeling pretty good. I feel good about the position of my body and my hip in conjunction with my thigh. I don't feel too much pressure. So I have pedal assist, and if I need the throttle, I just use the throttle, and away we go.

Kind of fun. The thing to remember about when you have a hip replacement is you've got to go gentle on the new hip, and this is a low-impact exercise, and it beats running. Obviously, walking is great, but this feels even better because it's really the muscles in the pelvis, in the hip, in the glutes, that support the hip joint. So you gotta make those strong again. And it's nice, it's gentle. Obviously, it encourages a lot of blood flow, and that helps with the healing. And it feels really good, there's no strain. It feels like a lot of fun. Nice, courteous drivers around. Wow, and the great thing is you don't have to keep pedaling all the time if you feel like you need a little rest.

It's really comfortable. Feels great on my hip. Feels really good on my knees as well. I don't feel any pressure on my knees. Feeling a little tired? Just rest a little bit. This is wonderful. Know what's great about this? It's great for your mental health because suffering from hip pain was very restricting. I couldn't do anything. It was hard to walk. It's hard to go anywhere. It's hard to sit in the car. And now, freedom out and about.
Okay, so now we're going to tackle a hill. So let's see how we do. Let's see. Oh my goodness. If I wasn't on an e-bike, I wouldn't be making it up here.

This does have a safety belt if you feel like you need it, but I'm feeling pretty good. The back or around the front? Let's go around the back. Feels great on turns, feels very stable. Here we are. Let's put the brakes on because I'm going to get off. Put the armrests up. It feels great. I don't feel any strain. Amazing. Not like walking, and I'm like this. I love this.
