Alanna here, and today I'm going to show you the best electric three-wheeled bike for women in 2023. Stick around.

All right, let's look at the best electric three-wheeled bike for women in 2023. This is it, the sixthreezero EVRYjourney electric tricycle. And what makes this the best electric trike for women in 2023? Many different reasons.

So let's start with first, the frame and the color options. As you can see behind me, it comes in teal, navy, cream, and matte black. So oftentimes, with adult bikes and trikes, especially electric ones, you don't get a lot of variety when it comes to color and style but here we have something for everyone.

And another great thing about this frame is that it has more of a cruiser style. So even though it's a tricycle, it has three wheels, and it still has that beach cruiser vibe, which is attractive.

Now let's talk about the motor. So this is the battery back here. It's a 250-watt motor, and that is going to be a game changer for you if you've never used an electric bike or trike before. It's going to allow you to bike for longer, allow you to take on terrain that maybe you would avoid normally with a regular bike, going uphill, things like that.

And so how much power does this give you? With the motor, you can reach up to 20 miles per hour in pedal-assist. And pedal-assist is when you're pedaling, the motor kicks in and gives you a boost. So there are five levels of pedal assist and you can choose what you prefer.

So if you want to feel like you're doing a lot of the work and you only want a little bit of help from the motor, keep it in level one. If you want to pedal a little bit but you want the motor to do most of the work, ramp it up to level five. In addition to that, there's also throttle mode. And when using the throttle, you don't have to pedal at all, you just hit the throttle and the motor does all the work for you.

So in pedal-assist mode, you can get up to 20 miles per hour. In throttle mode, more around 18. And really, factors like your weight and the terrain are going to play into how fast you're going.

Now, in terms of battery life, you can reach anywhere from 10 to 50 miles. And I know that's a wide range, but again, different factors like what riding mode you're in and how much you weigh, the terrain, all of those things are going to play into it.

So if you are doing pedal-assist and you're doing most of the work and you have a pretty level terrain, then the battery's going to last a lot longer, more in that 30 to 50 range. But if you're using just throttle, then you're going to expect more around 10 to 30 miles of battery life.

All right, let's talk about ergonomics. So first of all, you can see that this trike has a low step-through frame, that's going to make it easy to mount and dismount. Great if you don't have a really good balance or if you're short like me, it's going to be easy to ride this three-wheeled bike.

In addition to that, it has four adjustment points so that you can get the perfect fit. First, you can adjust the height of the seat, and it's really easy. There's a quick release, so pretty easy to adjust. In addition to the height, you can adjust the tilt. So it's really up to you and your preference, but you can tilt it back or forward. You can play around with it and see what feels comfortable to you.

You can also adjust the height and tilt of the handlebar. So here you can see I keep them kind of low, but with a higher tilt. I like to be able to see clearly over the handlebars. But you can adjust the height if you like it a little higher. If you're taller, then you're going to want the handlebars a little higher. And the tilt, you really, it's again a matter of preference, but you can adjust it so that you don't have any cranks in your wrists or elbows or shoulders and just get a comfortable riding position.

All right, what else? We have back here a very spacious basket, which is great for running errands, grocery shopping, or going on picnics, or beach trips. And we've tested this basket and we've carried up to 800 pounds. Now, I'm not necessarily recommending that you carry 800 pounds of stuff around when you're riding the trike, but it can be done, just to give you an idea of how much of a load this can take.

So in addition to the basket and everything else I've talked about, the great thing about these four colors is that we have a lot of accessories to match. So here is the teal helmet, but we also have a lot of different bike bags and panniers. If you like to do the matching thing, you have a lot of options.

All right, so I talked all about this three-wheeled electric bike. Now let's give it a test ride. All right, so now I'll show you the easy mounting, and dismounting. Just grip the brakes, and it's really easy to step through. You don't have to worry about swinging your leg over. And then if you're short like me, you can use the bottom pedal to step up.

So right now, let's turn it on. And then I'll start with a throttle. So the throttle is exactly how it sounds. You hit the throttle and take off. And then pedal-assist is when you are pedaling, the motor kicks in and gives you a little boost. So there are five pedal-assist levels. I'll put it in three right now and I'll start pedaling. Maybe you can see as the motor kicks in and I speed up a little.

So I don't know if you could see it, but obviously, I wasn't pedaling the whole time and I was still moving, so that's because the motor kicked in. And that was at level three. There are five levels of pedal assist depending on how much work you want to do and how much work you want the motor to do. I also didn't mention that this bike has seven gears, so that can also contribute to the variety of riding that you're going to be doing.
