To ensure your holiday orders arrive in time for Christmas on December 25, 2023, please note our shipping deadlines:

For out-of-state deliveries, the shipping deadline is December 15, allowing ample time for your orders to reach their destination. For shipping within California, the shipping deadline is extended to December 20, offering a bit more flexibility for our local customers. We encourage you to place your orders by these dates to guarantee delivery in time for the festive celebrations.

Order Tracking Information Request

We appreciate your patience and promise we are adding team members and improving systems to handle this situation as best as possible. Please message theteam@sixthreezero.com if you are inquiring about tracking information, expected delivery/shipping.

Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping, however the rate will be discounted by the maximum amount of shipping cost in the continental USA.

Please note that sixthreezero Electric Bicycles are not available for shipment due to regulations regarding the shipment of Lithium-Ion Batteries traveling by airplane. Orders for electric products destined for Alaska or Hawaii will be cancelled and refunded.

We will ship to home and office directly via FedEx. All Bicycles arrive 80% assembled in box.

Orders will generally ship within five business days and in most cases you will receive your order in about one week.

For continental USA orders, we will pay to ship your bike to you, and in the case that you wish to return, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to sixthreezero.

After selecting and customizing your sixthreezero bike, you will have the option to checkout with a Professional Assembly option.

How it works:

• If you have a bike shop or a bike builder within 50 miles of your location, and that bike shop is a part of the Beeline network, they will appear in your checkout as a shipping option.
• After selecting your preferred builder and completing checkout, we ship your order directly to the bike shop
• The Bike Shop receives, builds, and inspects your bike.
• The bike shop contacts you to pick up your bike when it has been complete.
• *** Please note, some shops will offer a delivery service, and you will see these shipping options at checkout for $229.99.
