How To Customize the EBike Rickshaw! You've NEVER Seen Anything Like This! Innovative Electric Trike

Hey everyone, I'm Dustin, CEO of Sixthreezero, and today I'm going to show you how to attach and change different accessory attachments to your hitch down here. So we're going to bring you up for a closer look, and I'll show you exactly how to do it. All right, so a few things I want to walk you through are that if you buy the Rickshaw, it's not going to come with any of these rear attachments here. So, as an example, you are just going to have Oops, forgot to disconnect our light here. But it's going to come with this hitch. Now, you can see the hitch is welded onto the frame here, and this is a 5,000-pound hitch, so it has a lot of towing capacity. Now, the capacity of the bike is still 500 pounds, so just because you have the added row or a trailer on the back doesn't mean that you can.Two more than if you just have the Rickshaw without any attachments. So the other thing I want to point out is that to create an accessory attachment, you have to buy the subframe. So if you see here, I'll go ahead and show you on this one, we have the pad in here. So all of the accessories are attached to your extra subframe by these four bolts right here.

So there are a couple of ways you could do this. Either you could buy multiple subframes with different attachments, or you could buy one subframe and change the attachments by loosening and reattaching these four bolts right here. The pad is also an extra accessory. So you will need to buy the subframe, then you can pick which add-ons you want, whether it's a seat or this trailer basket. Or the other basket we offer as well, I don't have pictured here, which is the square basket that was offered also as a replacement for the seat. Now you could put that back here. The other cool thing is you can also take this seat off, and you could put a basket there, basket here. So you could do double cargo and not even have a rider on there if you so choose. So I have two different subframes set up right here, you can see, with my different attachments. This makes for an easy on-off if you want to change and do it on the go. So all you're going to do is put your hitch on like so. And if you've ever done it on a car or a trailer, it's going to be pretty much the same process.

You can also remove this foot plate. So if you buy a subframe and you put the foot plate on, you can remove it. It won't affect the mounting of the basket, though, so you can also just leave the foot plate on, even if you put the basket on there as well. So, all right. Then from there, you're just going to lift and clamp down. Now, you are gonna hear a little bit of rattling because on a hitch, it needs to stay loose for it to be able to move like this. But it will not lift, and it will not come out. Having this hitch like that gives you the flexibility back here when you turn and move. Okay, now also on the production models, there's going to be a safety cable that attaches from the frame that you'll want to put over the ball. We don't have it on this production sample right here. Then you're going to put your lock through here, and you'll connect your light down here. And from there, you are all set. Now I'll just show you quickly if you want to hook the trailer up, take this out, and disconnect my light. Oops. There we go. And you just lift. And I'll just swing this over here. One other thing I wanted to point out is, I do not have the fenders on here, but your trailer basket will also come with fenders, as will the other basket, too. So you can see the fender attachments are here, and those will come with it. Okay? So we can wheel this over here.

And from there, we can put this on. And again, just lock this out. And now we are all set up to take cargo. Again, this pad is an add-on. I do not recommend putting children back here. Originally, I had thought that you could put your dog back here and leash them down, that is up to you at your discretion if you think that's safe. Or if you just want to put things down in here and you want a pad underneath, it's good for that. Or you can just take it out if you want to move other cargo that doesn't, that won't fall through the small cracks. Another cool thing, and the other thing, too, is you can still access your under-the-storage here. So that still folds down. And right here, you've got latches on the back of this as well. And you can fold this down if you want to slide something in there. And this latches up. So a lot of possibilities. You could also come up with your configurations to mount on this rear subframe as well. It's a four-bolt system. So there are a lot of possibilities, and we're going to be coming out with new accessories as well. If you have any other questions at all before we move along, I wanted to give you the measurements.

This trailer basket is 37 inches long by 20 inches wide and let's get you that measurement right there. Oops, sorry. And 10 inches deep. And if you put your pad in, it's gonna be about eight inches deep, and the pad measures exactly, the fit to fit inside of there. The other basket, the dimensions are on that product page if you want to check it out. They're all linked on the Rickshaw's product page as well. If you have any other questions at all, please reach out to us, theteam@sixthreezero.com or call us at 310-982-2877. If you're seeing this on YouTube, everything will be linked in the description below if you want to check it out. Don't forget, we offer a 30-day test ride of your e-trike policy. If you don't love it in the first 30 days, send it back. No questions asked, no money out of your pocket. Thanks for sticking around, and don't forget, it's your journey, your experience.
