The largest bike seat you've ever seen. Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. And today I'm gonna show you the largest bike seat you've ever seen. All right, now we have our Super Max Cush seat with a backrest. Now we've come out with the Super Duper Max Cush with backrest, and you can see I'm from over there, I'm telling you, this is a huge seat. You've never seen anything like it before now. We had the super duper on our website. Now we're doing the super duper with the backrest. So if you want to come in a little bit closer, I'm going to show you all the details of the seat. OK, so this seat can be installed on any seat post. If you look down here below, I have it on a standard seat post. You can also do the one-seat post that mounts directly to the rails. I actually would recommend that style over this style, if you can get the seat post that mounts to the rails, be a little more secure. If you are going to install this seat, you have to ensure that these bolts bolting it onto the seat post are very, very tight; if not, it will be loose.
So you have to ensure those are tight so it doesn't tilt or move while you're riding. All right. Now, if we move our way up to the top here, you can see that on the very edges, it curves up a little bit. That's nice because it keeps your body contained inside the seat, and this has a colossal width measurement of 17 inches. And it is 13 inches front to back. Now, I do want to point out and say this seat is not for everybody on the upright rides like this, I don't like it because it cuts my leg off. So it depends on whether you're not pedaling, it's super comfortable. If you are somebody who doesn't have bigger legs or a bigger back end, this may not be the seat for you because it can chop into your legs. For other people, it may be the right choice. Now, on the backrest here, the backrest is 14 inches tall by 14 inches wide.
Now, looking at it, it may look like to you it's very upright, but it's comfortable, and you can see from the back here, you can slide it up and down. Now, this is an important note also. When you tighten this, make sure that these clamps are around these bars right here. So you may have to just pop it in to ensure, and then you want to tighten that down.
I'll show you what I look like in a second, but I also want to walk you over here. Now, this is our Relaxed body e-bike, and this has a forward pedaling design. And because you're pedaling out in front of your body and not straight down as much, this is a comfortable option. I honestly love it, and I'll demonstrate how I look when I'm going for a ride on it. Very comfortable because your legs are not being chopped off because you're pedaling. Slightly out in front of you. So let me hop onto it and just do a quick demonstration. All right. So if you look at my side profile here now, this isn't the kind of seat where you want to lean back into it. You just want to have it give you support in your lower back. So that's important to note as well. So when I get going here, let's put that into two, get comfortable. You can see it's nice and cushy up against my back. And now I can lean back into it, but you just don't want to be leaning back. Now you can also see that when I pedal feels quite nice because, again, it's not chopping off my leg midway. Now, on this one, it'll be a little bit different, which I'll show you. And if you're just cruising on an e-bike without pedaling, really, really comfortable.
All right. Now, let me show you what it looks like on a more upright type of ride. Okay. Now, again, on this one, you can see I want to pedal down. So it is hitting my leg more here. Now, if you have longer legs or a bigger rear, you probably won't get the same effect. So just be sure of what you like. And the other thing I'll say is if you don't do a lot of pedaling and you just want to use the throttle, it is ultra comfortable because it's like a regular seat. So if I'm just sitting here like this, honestly, really, really, really comfortable. I mean, quite honestly, yeah, it feels great. Now, when I turn back, if I go to pedal, it's not too bad, still pretty comfortable. But again, I can feel it cutting off my leg a little bit. Not terrible. Could I go 10 miles pedaling like this? Probably not. Could I go 20 miles like this, not pedaling? Absolutely. So, really up to you to figure out. Yeah, this is comfortable. Let's see, pedaling. Again, not too bad. I mean, it feels very comfortable on your butt. So overall, sitting and just enjoying the ride, it a hard to say there's anything more comfortable. Gives you nice back support on your lower back. We have the increased height on the backrest here, which you don't see on any seats at all. Just be certain if you know, you think it's going to chop your leg off. Again, let me give you the measurements here. So, actually, on the pad part here, let me show you if you want to measure that from the front to the back of the leg part right here is about seven and three-quarters inches.
So that's where your thigh is gonna be sitting. So that's something to pay attention to. And of course, like I said, it’s 17 inches wide. So really, really, really great option if you're looking for a seat with a backrest and you're looking for ultimate comfort. Also, if you're someone who rides an e-bike and uses the throttle a lot, this is a cool option. Ultra comfortable.
