This NEW Fat Tire Step Thru 750 Watt EBike is Incredible! The Exact Measurements + Feature Breakdown

The dimensions and features of the brand new, Simple step-through 750-watt e-bike.

Hey everyone, I'm Dustin. I have 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry. Today, we're gonna walk you through the dimensions and the features of the brand new, Simple step-through fat tire 750-watt e-bike. The distinguishing characteristic of this e-bike is the very low step-through. Now, the Simple step-through series is one of the best-selling e-bikes for us, with the incredibly low step-through height of the frame. Now, this model has the highest step over at 15 and a half inches, and there are a couple of reasons for that. It has three-inch-wide tires, which are bigger, elevating the bike off the ground. Also, we had to add a bar here to add strength to the frame with the bigger motor and the bigger tires, so the frame won't wobble at all while you ride. Now, this has a 750-watt rear hub motor, so you get lots of power for heavier riders. If you need to go up hills, you have the power. You've got five levels of assistance. You also have a throttle here that you can utilize the motor without pedaling at all. We have an upgraded battery with a 14 amp-hour battery, a range of over 50 miles, depending on how you ride it and the weight of the rider. You've also got the integrated headlight and taillight. You've got the mechanical disc brakes, and of course, the fat tires for all terrain, just to make another video where we go off-road on it as well. So let's give you some more of the dimensions here. Now, I just mentioned the 15 and a half-inch step over height.

Now, also, this gap right here is quite large. This is 11 inches, so it provides a lot of room to step through the frame to mount. Now the seat in the lowest position is at 32 and a half inches, which is a relatively low position. And at the highest point, the seat is at 37 inches. And you could also find a longer seat post if you needed to raise it up even more. Okay, now from the stem to the middle of the seat is 26 and a half inches. Let me do it to the top of the stem here as well. So, the top of the stem is 30 inches. From the seats to the grip is 22 inches. The handlebar width is 27 and a half inches. The stem or the headset, let's measure from the ground to the top of the headset here, which is 39 and a half inches. Okay. And another common measurement is the axle-to-axle. Let's go ahead and take that. So from axle to axle, it's 48 and a half inches. The complete length of the bike from the front of the tire to the rear is 74 inches, and the weight of this e-bike is 71 and a half pounds. So it's not light. But we've added the bigger tires and the bigger motor, and the bigger battery. So it is about 12 and a half, 13 and a half pounds more than the non-fat tire version. So that's something to consider if weight is something you're concerned about, because anytime you add a bigger motor or bigger tires, you are going to increase the weight. All right, to the top of the rear rack here is 34 inches. And let's see, what else can we measure from the ground to the bottom of the frame is ten and a half inches. And also, let's measure with the wheel turned. I know that's another common measurement people like for transportation purposes, which is 67 inches. All right. You'll also notice a suspension fork up here, which is really nice as well. And let's just measure to the top of the fork here, which is 31 and a half inches. Think that's all I can think of in terms of measurement. If there are any other measurements you want us to take, we can go ahead and do them. Now, like I said, you've got the front suspension on this. You've got the bigger tires, the bigger motor. So this is a great e-bike if you want that shock absorption, whether riding on pavement or riding off-road, the bigger tires will absorb a lot of it. Also, that suspension fork will move up and down as you go over that uneven terrain as well.

You can also choose to lock out the suspension so it doesn't move up and down. If you're gonna primarily be on flat pavement, that'll help increase the efficiency of your ride and roll a little bit, not necessarily smoother, but easier and faster. Now, again, you've got seven gears on here as well that work in conjunction with your pedal assist. You've got the front and rear mechanical disc brakes. And like I said, the 14 amp-hour battery. So you can hit top speeds of 20 miles an hour on this e-bike and have a range of about 60 miles with that size battery.
